Epiceram Skin Barrier Emulsion
Ratio of ceramides to cholesteral and free fatty acids

EpiCeram® Skin Barrier Emulsion contains concentrations of ceramides, cholesterol, and free fatty acids in an optimal 3:1:1 ratio. This ratio is designed to correct the barrier abnormality in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD).

While some treatments may contain ceramides and lipids, EpiCeram contains all three key lipids in an optimal 3:1:1 ratio to normalize the skin barrier of the stratum corneum in patients with AD.
